Request Testing Results

True to its word, Slipstream Sports provides access to rider’s testing results. In order to protect the privacy of the riders and to comply with the U.S. and European privacy laws, request must be made in writing, using the following process:

1. Submit a notorized letter stating that you are an accredited member of the media from your employer (on company letterhead). Along with this, submit a copy of your identification (passport or driver’s license) and a notorization that the request is indeed from you, as your identification has been deemed authentic by the notary.

2. A second, notorized, letter from an accredited hematologist, stating that he/she will evaluate the results of the tests sent to you.

3. Provide full contact information for you and the accredited hematologist.

When we have these documents in hand, you may request the blood profiles of any rider on our team. You must specify which rider, as we must have that rider volunteer his results, as required by law and HIPPA.
